// THE HUNDRED FOOT JOURNEY //

// http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-mhHkEX028Q //

I've just had this song stuck in my head for the past 2 days. (Still trying to get over post-concert-depression)

hello people,

I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL IT'S SUMMER HOLIDAYS. This holidays is literally only a week so I'm just anticipating our 3 month holidays *SWOOOON* AlThOuGh I'll probably have to work 75% of the time, it's just nice waking up and thinking 'hey I don't have an assessment due tomorrow'.
SO pretty much the past week I've been catching up with people I haven't really been able to see that much during uni (except for Zoe who I literally see everyday haha love ya)

TRIPLE A DAY OUT (Met up with Amihan and Akuila) HA. A+A+A. ANNIE + AMIHAN + AKUILA.
We went to Kiss the Berry because Amihan hadn't tried it yet. We ordered the original to share. YUMYUM. They were playing BBC inside the shop and I just sat there silently for a while, because post concert depression seriously came up and punched me right in the face :(
We then bought some food for a cute lil picnic at the Botanical Gardens. We ended up buying WAY too much food - and Akuila being Akuila decided to buy a whole box of KFC. LEL

After the picnic I met up with my fam and we had Greek food for dinner at Char Char Yiros in West End.

My new fav // Palace Cinemas
having a blast (even the bathrooms were great)

#Zanneta day out. We went to see Wish I Was Here at Palace cinemas.

Seriously the best cinemas ever. We were running a bit late and literally got there just as the movie was starting. When we ordered drinks, the guy at the counter told us to go into the theatres and that he'd bring our drinks in for us. SERIOUSLY what a lad :') He actually came into the cinemas to give us our drinks. Not only was the service great, the ice coffees were also on point. The movie was also SO SO GOOD. It was such an inspiring and feel good movie. I definitely recommend watching it, and I also recommend that you watch it at Palace Cinemas. 10/10 for sure.

Afterwards we hung out around the valley and ended up sitting in an empty car park and had a good ol' chat.(We also took quite a few photos)

She then went over to her grandma and said 'hey Nanna, watch me shake my booty' Her Nanna replied with 'Stop, you know I don't like it when you do that' OH MY DAYS HAHAHHAHAH. Met up with Hue Man // Had Hakataya for Dinner
We then watched The Hundred-Foot Journey. AND OH MY GOD GUYS IT'S SERIOUSLY SUCH A GREAT FILM. It has inspired me to travel the world and learn how to cook. (you may laugh but SERIOUSLY you have no idea how strong my cooking urges are right now). The film was so so beautiful, and also funny without trying to be. All the character were also VERY good looking in this film, VERY VERY GOOD LOOKING.

After watching The Hundred-Foot Journey, we then proceeded to watch The Maze Runner. YUS love me some Dylan O'Brien. I must say I agree with everyone else when they say the movie is extremely different to the book. I think it's inevitable when it comes to book-based movies - most of the time I end up constantly comparing the movie to the book, as I wait for each scene to unfold the way I'd previously imagined it to. Almost 90% of the time, everything is not how I imagined it and I end up slightly disappointed. However, I do think The Maze Runner was still a decent movie despite being quite different to the actual novel.

TODAY I spent the day being an idiot with Tiff. I've come to the realisation that I have a lot of things due this coming Friday and I really don't have that much time at all. Yet I spent a whole day doing nothing lol.

KBBQ for dinner. Every time I have korean BBQ I always leave the restaurant smelling like a marinated piece of cooked charcoal. I guess it's unavoidable.

I'm going to the beach tomorrow. Also sorry this was a really long blog post.

peace owt
