// WORKING HARD OR HARDLY WORKING //

// https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mF6RdlyPD4U //

(bc I'm seeing these bebs this friday)

I wasn't planning on writing a blog post this week because it's my busiest week IN TERMS OF UNI and I'm having mental breakdowns every few hours. WHY AM I BLOGGING? Because I seek out any form of procrastination in existence.
me
COMPLAINT OF THE HOUR (#COTF ?) : I'M SICK AND CURRENTLY HAVE TISSUES STUCK UP MY NOSE. AND MY NOSE ISN'T THE ONLY THING THAT'S RUNNING... I'M RUNNING OUT OF TIME BECAUSE MY ENTIRE PROJECT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED. (BA DAM TSHH FEEL FREE TO SLAP ME BECAUSE THAT WAS SO LAME EVEN I'M CRINGING) Also I have a pimple on my chin which is annoying.

^ lol that was a bad time for me. I forgot to complete this blog post and now it's Wednesday (I handed in my project/folio yesterday afternoon). My study room is currently an absolute MESS from late night/early morning model making. The following photos are proof enough. (Actually these photos were only taken just past midnight where my frustrations had not yet taken control over an innocent piece of foam board.)

Midnight Madness
Accidentally broke the scissors oops

My model is still slightly unfinished but I'll post some photos anyways. (Yes I have bunches of rosemary acting as trees)

I got quite impatient with the stairs which is why they're all jagged and not to scale. ALSO foam board is annoying to cut. ESPECIALLY at 3AM.

I'll give you a quick run down of the assessment task at hand, which was to transform a piece of existing landscape that we had previously chosen from a particular site. Everybody was given individual concept words, for example mine was 'grow'. What I tried to encompass within my design was a heightened contrast between vegetation and masonry. Thus the arbours + wall gardens vs brick walls and infrastructures. We have critiques this Friday so I'm hoping my tutor enjoys my concept and ideas or else i'll throw my model at him. haha just kidding. but not really.

It was Tiff's birthday last Thursday so I had dinner with my fam and we also had these lovely desserts :)Yes there is one missing in this photo because Tiffany had already eaten one by the time I came home HAHHAHA.

happy birthday tiffy!

On Saturday I checked out the weird acrobatic/opera performances in the city as well as the festivities that have been going on at South bank for the past week.
Peanut Butter chocolate melt at San Churro
I'm also aware that it was Father's day on Sunday. However, I was too busy stressing over my design project. But we did celebrate with some food here and there.

hehehe Grandpa, Me, Dad <3 During the making of my cubby house

A bit of food on father's day before going back to stressful plan/section drawings and photomontages. (forgot to take photo so the food was kinda a bit eaten already)

ALSO staying true to my blog URL. I had pizza at the UQ pizza cafe with Minnie on Monday after my tutorial. AHHH glory days, O how much I've missed pizza.

Minnie didn't make the cut in this photo. #soznotsoz
AND I swear I'm not just eating pizza by myself. THAT HAND IS NOT MINE OKAY. LOOK AT THE DISTANCE. I DID NOT EAT IN THE FOOD COURT ALONE. (Not that I've never done that before haaaaaa ha ha haaaa)
ANYWHO I realise that just because design is 3/4 over it doesn't mean I'm free. SOOO I should probs go clean the study room and start doing tech and housing work. Maybe..just maybe.

I'll probably update again on the weekend (if anybody cares)

peace owt
xo
