// I CAN'T SLEEP //

I now find it impossible to willingly fall asleep before midnight. Some nights I find myself in bed at 11..but then I manage to waste away a couple of hours (and years of my eyesight) on my phone. 

Although, I just read an article which explains why most people sleep really late. I'm going to share an excerpt of the article because SHARING IS CARING:

'Circadian rhythm promotes the secretion of hormone melatonin. Which is a signal to our body to get drowsy. Therefore when there is less light (night time), more melatonin is produced. 
So if it is night time and the artificial blue hue from your smartphone/ laptop has been in your face, you're giving your body a cue to stop producing melatonin.' 

WHICH IS WHY I DONT GET DROWSY AND CAN'T SLEEP.
Which also means right now I could either give away:

1. Using my laptop/phone late at night 
or
2. Sleep

I'm sorry I love sleep, I really do...but YOUTUBE..also the new episode of teen wolf came back and I'm yet to watch that so...
